Piknic is happening every Saturday AND Sunday of the summer (or almost) from July 3rd to October 10th, 2021. Event times have changed, we now have two time slots from 1-5pm and 6-10pm for July events.
HOW DOES IT WORK IF I WANT TO PURCHASE A TICKET?
Tickets are sold online exclusively and will be sold in pairs. You will have a maximum of 2 pairs per transaction. A ticket gives access to ONE stage and ONE time slot either from 1pm to 5pm or 6pm to 10pm.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
20$ plus taxes!
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?
1 pair (2 tickets) or 2 pairs (4 tickets) per person.
CAN I BUY AN INDIVIDUAL TICKET?
No, you will need to purchase two assigned seats at a cost of $40 before taxes.
CAN I BUY TICKETS FOR BOTH TIME SLOTS OF THE DAY?
Yes, but hurry, we have a feeling that the tickets will go fast. Remember that a ticket only gives you access to one of the two events, either from 1pm to 5pm or 6pm to 8pm.
WHAT'S MY SPOT?
You will have your assigned seating, check out our stage plans below! You'll understand better.
CAN I BE WITH MY FRIENDS?

Our online ticketing service accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Unfortunately, prepaid credit cards and Visa Debit cards do not work on our platform. We are currently working on adding these payment methods.
I'M HAVING TROUBLE COMPLETING MY ONLINE PURCHASE, HELP!
In most cases, an uncompleted transaction is due to an error in the billing address entered. Be sure to enter the address associated with the credit card used for the transaction (if you have recently moved, it may be different from your current home address).
MY PURCHASE DIDN'T WORK, BUT THE TRANSACTION STILL APPEARS ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. HOW COME?
Don't worry, the transaction that appears is only temporary (usually identified as pending authorization). It will disappear on its own after 5 or 6 business days. A week has passed and the transaction is still there? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be happy to assist you.
I CAN'T FIND MY TICKET IN MY EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Go look in your SPAM box. Still nothing? Until the Friday before the event, write to email@example.com and we will gladly send your ticket back. Otherwise, present yourself at the customer service desk at the box office when you arrive on site with the credit card you used to purchase your ticket and a photo ID.
HOW IS IT GOING TO WORK THIS YEAR?
We have 3 stages; the Piknic Stage, the Videotron Stage and the Museum Stage. Each stage has 2 distinct zones, all of which will be clearly indicated on site. Be sure to choose carefully when you buy your tickets since your ticket only gives you access to ONE zone where you'll have to stay the whole time.
Zone Ananas 🍍
Zone Banane 🍌
Zone Melon 🍉
Zone Raisin 🍇
Zone Orange 🍊
Zone Coconut 🥥
WHERE IS THE MUSÉE STAGE?
Historically the Stewart Museum, The Musée Stage is located at about 15 minutes walk from the Parc Jean-Drapeau metro station. The address to get there is 20, chemin du Tour-de-l'Isle. It's located on the waterfront close to the Jacques-Cartier bridge, it's beautiful and worth the detour!
WHAT ARE THE ASSIGNED SEATS?
When you buy your tickets, you choose your stage and your assigned and numbered places. On site, these spots will be reserved for you and that's where you'll have to go once you're on site. The ares will be marked so you can find your spot. Bring your blanket to sit comfortably on our grass carpet and enjoy!
WILL I BE ABLE TO DANCE?

IS THERE GOING TO BE A BAR?

This year, we will have rotating foodtrucks as usual. The only difference is that they will bring your food directly to your spot! You will be able to order via a transactional website.
